All of our services are available by appointment only to help us ensure timely service and help us keep our overhead costs low. NOTE: Flat rate/non-hourly fees reflect typical installations or other work with no complications or special circumstances. Please be aware that extra charges may apply at an hourly charge.
Drop-Off Services
Device Diagnostics / $50
A diagnostic check of your device’s hardware and software based on your service request. This diagnostic fee will be applied toward the repair if you choose to have your device repaired with us!
Virus and Malware Removal / $130+
Virus and malware scan using multiple security tools to detect, isolate and remove infections. Following the removal of identified viruses and malware, we will install reliable security software to protect your system and help prevent reinfection. Includes OS re-installation if needed.
Operating System Installation or Repair / $100
Reinstallation or repair of your operating system. Includes the installation of drivers, system updates and anti-virus software.
Operating System Update / $35
Download and installation of updates and service packs for your operating system.
Software Installation / $35
Installation of your software and its updates. Cost is for one software application.
Driver Installation / $35
Download and installation of drivers for your hardware or peripherals. Cost is for one device driver.
Data Backup and Transfer / $50
Backup and transfer of select files to a USB drive, external hard drive, another computer, or other device. Cost does not include the cost of the backup media (USB drive, disc, etc.).
Hard Drive and Solid-State Drive Cloning / $100+
Clone the data (operating system, program files, user files) from one operational drive to another. Cost does not include the cost of the new drive. Removal of old drive and installation of the new cloned drive available for $25.
Solid-State Drive (SATA/NVMe) Upgrade / $150+
Upgrade of your PC, laptop, or gaming console drive to a 240GB SATA solid-state drive and re-installation of your operating system, system updates and drivers. NVMe drives and larger capacity drives are available for an additional cost.
Password Reset / $35
Reset a forgotten password and restore your ability to log into your user account. Not available for devices that are iCloud locked without access to registered Apple ID.
Hardware Installation (Simple) / $50+
Installation of a hardware component and its necessary driver. Simple installations include memory, desktop CPUs, desktop power supplies, disc drives, hard drives and solid-state drives (no O/S work), graphics cards, network cards, etc. Cost is per hardware component installed.
Hardware Installation (Complex) / $100+
Complex installations include laptop LCD screens, laptop internal batteries, laptop housings, motherboards, etc. Cost is per hardware component installed.
Custom PC Assembly (w/o OS Work) / $150+
Assembly of a custom-built PC using parts provided by you. Assistance selecting parts available upon request. OS/software installation not included.
Custom PC Assembly (w/ OS work) / $250+
Assembly of a custom-built PC using parts and operating system software provided by you. Assistance selecting parts available upon request and for an additional cost. OS/updates/software installation included.
Mobile Device Repair (Simple) / $100
Simple repair or replacement of your cell phone or tablet screen or other component such as charging port, power or volume button, headphone jack, etc. Labor cost is in addition to the cost of the replacement part(s).
Mobile Device Repair (Complex) / $150
Complex repair or replacement of your cell phone or tablet logic board, rear housing, etc. Labor cost is in addition to the cost of the replacement part(s).
PC/Laptop/Gaming Console Cleaning / $50+
A thorough cleaning of the exterior and interior of your PC, laptop, or gaming console. Cost is based on the type of device, soil level and intensity of cleaning needed.
On-Site Services
On-Site Services / $100+
On-site services such as new PC setup, home Wi-Fi network setup, and printer setup are available at a rate of $100/hour + parts. 1-hour minimum charge and billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour. Available within 15 miles of 27021.
Remote Services
Remote Support / $50+
Live remote support on your device via your Internet connection for issues such as malware removal, software setup, and the troubleshooting and resolution of other issues. Requires that your PC or laptop be able to power on and connect to the Internet. Remote support is available at a rate of $50/hour. 1-hour minimum charge and billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour.
