We recently discovered that our Request Service web form has been out of order and not submitting requests to our inbox. After doing some digging through emails, it appears we have not successfully received any messages from this web form since late last year! We receive the majority of our service inquiries via phone or text, so it hadn’t occurred to us that something may be wrong with our website.
We since have resolved the issue and confirmed that the Request Service web form is fully operational, and we apologize profusely to anyone that has tried to reach us via the web form and did not receive a response during this time. Going forward (and considering this is not the first time our web form has gone down following server updates), we will be conducting weekly tests to make sure the web form maintains functionality!
We do our best to respond to all service inquiries within 24-48 hours. If you submit an inquiry and do not receive a response within that time, please call or text us at (336) 914-1777 to schedule your repair appointment!
